Regina joined the Home Builders Association of WV (HBAWV) in 2010.

She holds an associate’s degree in Business Management with a Minor in Business Administration both from Rutledge College and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Marshall University. Prior to HBAWV she worked at United Way of Central WV as an accounting associate. Earlier, Regina held leadership positions at Rite Aid Distribution Center and directed multiple departments (over 300 employees).
